THE TOUR:
You will visit three wineries during your tour. When you make your reservation I'll ask if you've visited our area before and wonder if you have any favorite wineries that you'd like to visit or, if you are new to Austin, I'll ask what your wine touring preferences may be. And I'll check with the wineries to see what kind of special things might be going on during your tour - many of them offer live music etc. on Saturdays. We'll try to find you as much fun as possible! I'm flexible on when you start and end your tour, keeping in mind that the wineries open between 10 and 11am and most close between 5 and 6 pm. Click HERE to see the list of wineries we visit.
THE FOOD:
You'll have the option of a full sized gourmet box lunch, set up and served to you al fresco at one of the wineries or scheduling a stop at one of the fine restaurants along our route. Click HERE for a link to some tried and true restaurant choices. Our full sized gourmet lunch Includes sandwiches, fresh fruit, green salad, cheese/crackers, chocolate and dessert (and, yes, I consider chocolate in it's very own category, outside of dessert). Or you can forgo lunch altogether and survive very nicely on the complimentary chips/nuts/chocolates/bottled water that I keep handy in the bus.
THE MONEY: (wine tasting fees, on board snacks and bottled water included)
#1 Tours with box lunches are priced at $165/person plus tax.
#2 Just the tour please = $150/person plus tax (but we would be glad to schedule a stop at a restaurant).
A $100 deposit is required to confirm your tour with the balance being due when I pick you up on the day of your tour. Checks, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
